Hi Cythia, the tricky part of  adding the Parmesan cheese to the bottom of the Crispy Cheesy Pan Pizza is that the dough goes through a period of spreading in the pan, but if you're able to accomplish this on parchment paper (a little olive oil on the parchment will help here) and then transfer the dough to the pan, you could certainly add the cheese to the bottom.
