Thank you for this method. I have been making sourdough for about 8 months now and enjoy the process. I can't wait to try this new method using my recipe. I am assuming it will work on any recipe? I use about 3/4 all purpose flour and 1/4 fresh milled whole wheat.
Another question I have is if I have a snickerdoodle recipe which calls for a 1/2 cup discard. I love the recipe because it is not overly sweet like some I have tried, however, some family members don't like the subtle tang the discard adds. Can I just omit it from the recipe without any other adjustments?
