Love the idea of salt on top, Maldon Flaky will be my choice. I make berry sauces and keep in the freezer. I’d encourage you to consider better quality chocolate Trader Joe’s sell Belgium Chocolate bars in a 3 pack individual size very nice quality and easy to break up. Price is about $2 for 3
