I definitely need to remember to laugh at my more disappointing baking mishaps.

I'm currently dealing with an oven that can't keep temperature (at all), and the oven I really want is unavailable ... like everything else during this crazy time. So, I have more baking failures than I care to mention.

This article reminded me that we all have those baking disasters (regardless of equipment, though I'll keep using "oven failure" as my excuse for now), and it's all part of the fun.
