I ve followed the recepie for pan de christel twice now, and I could not be more happy. It's so easy and fun to make. And the bread is very chewy and interesting to see and put with soups and stews. If you like jam and jelly this holey bread holds a generous amount with ease.

No need to have a machine, it's all do with wet hands!
My wife is asking for more, that's a good thing. I've lost weight while eating pan de christel!
