I need a little help with this one. I used KABF and weighed the ingredients. I came up with a dough that was just like it was described - pancake batter. After the first 20 minutes it was still pancake batter. It did not look at all like the first fold video. It never firmed up to the point that I could coil fold it. On the last rise, it overflowed the 11x7 Pyrex I had it in. I took it out and cut it into six rolls (way too much dough for just four rolls). I had some really large bubbles when it went into the oven, but they popped when they hit the heat, so the structure of my rolls were not as advertised.

I want to make this again to get it right. What should I do differently on my next attempt?
