Thank you for this article! I started making yeasted, sd hybrids to sd breads from KAB and TFL mostly because there’s always encouragement and zero negativity from other bakers. If the desired rise and flavors are produced at the right time, it’s definitely okay to use some starter and commercial yeast. :)
