JoAnne January 18, 2022 at 6:36am I made these yesterday… came out great! I did not have malt syrup but I used dry malt powder( distatic) with conversion of 0.8 : malt syrup. I will make a double batch to freeze:) It’s the year of the bagel!! Reply
