I am always interested in recipes that will fit my gluten free needs using your Gluten Free Measure for Measure flour. Your recipe for Simply Perfect Pancakes is one that will not work, however. The recipe includes malt powder, which is derived from barley, which is not gluten free and cannot be injected by those of us who must eat gluten free diets.
