Does that mean the discard gets heated with the milk and oil or that it gets added to the bowl when the hot liquid is added to the dry ingredients? Also, the recipe says to warm "milk, water, and oil" but there is no water in the ingredient list...I assume that's a holdover from the original recipe since the water is accounted for in the discard; this is partly why I'm also confused as to when the discard goes in.
