I've never attempted making my own lefser. It wasn't a food that was very popular here in or around the Kristiansand area. It's much moreso these days, so I buy at the bakeries.
But now you've given me the kick I need to try it. Let's see how it goes!
By the way, your reference to "a little of this, a little of that" is called slomping! That's always how my Mom baked. I don't think I ever saw her with a measuring cup! She slomped everything!! I wonder to this day, how she created fabulous cakes and desserts!
