Almond Cloud Cookies - a local store, The Head Nut, carries their own almond paste which I have used since I first discovered your recipe. They are truly delicious, always get rave reviews, and they are truly the easiest cookies to make. They are an integral part of a perfect nutty trio along with the Hazelnut Cakes (a recipe from my Great Grandmother) and Pecan Puffs (a recipe from my Mother)
