I do not have the 9 x 4 Pain de Mie pan, but I do have your 13 x 4 Pain de Mie pan. Do I just increase all ingredients by 44%? Is baker’s math that simple?
13 x 4 is 52 square inches. 9 x 4 is 36 square inches. 52 minus 36 is 16. 16 divided by 36 is .44 or 44% more square inches than the 13 x 4 pan.
