I was given some starter a few months ago by a friend, and absolutely could not find what I was looking for: an easy, delicious, no-knead sourdough bread recipe. I knew it must be possible! Facebook kept suggesting this post, and I kept ignoring it, assuming it would be like all the others. It’s just what I’m looking for! I’ve made it 3 times so far, tweaking each time, and it’s gotten better each time. It’s so good and so easy, and I’m so excited to eat this loaf and bake it again!
