Hi there, Sue! We don't recommend converting yeasted recipes to be gluten-free because it just won't create the structure needed to leaven the bread. Our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread recipe has a tip from our baker's at the bottom about adding some gluten-free starter to the recipe. We hope this can help and happy baking!
