Hi. Bought the 9x4x4 KA bread pan for this recipe; used it already for English Muffin Bread. Amazing! Probably will use it for all future breads. Rising the Everyday bread right now, using all purpose unbleached flour and the recommended rye/whole wheat combo. Is there a big difference between unbleached regular and bread flour? Should I adjust any ingredients due to the ordinary flour?
