I am very surprised by the aquafaba results. Last time I tried that in a simple banana bread recipe it never cooked all the way! I finally gave up after an additional 20 minutes of baking. I have however made the most amazing “meringue” topping for a chocolate pie with aquafaba. So light and airy!
