Hi Deborah. Many of our premade mixes do contain sugar (especially if you are looking at cake, muffin or cookie mixes).  While we do not offer these types of mixes that are both gluten-free and sugar-free, you may be interested in taking a look at our gluten free flour blends, such as our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour or our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix. all of which do not contain sugar. They are perfect to use for your scratch baking needs.
