Hi! I never really got the hang of sourdough, gave up on it a couple of years ago. Maybe I'll give it another try again someday. Meanwhile, please keep the bread machine "alternative" recipes coming! My "Zo" makes great bread, and I have to admit to being a lazy baker.It's great to have the machine to be useful beyond bread! Thanks again!
