Hi, thanks for the reply....however the bread had risen barely above the pan when I began baking, and it rose beautifully in the oven. Unfortunately, the lower half of the bread, the portion that was in the bread pan collapsed when cooling. Perhaps, from the weight of the crown? My inquiry about shaping, wasn’t to use a different recipe, but just the shaping, to hopefully prevent the collapse.
