So my almond flour - 2 bags one toasted and one not. . .both are expired but have been in the cool cabinet and both smell like almonds. Good to go? I just HATE throwing that much $$ away. . . but I don't want yucky cookies but the COVID 20 was quickly becoming the COVID 30+ so I had to cut way back on baking!
