Just wanted to note that there seem to be two different versions of this flour! The newer one is great, and I get wonderful results for yeast bread and biscuits. The older one—not so much. I purchased 10 bags of flour from the Walmart website and received some of each. The difference between the two blends is remarkable—flavor and texture are very different.
