I am disappointed. King Arthur flour is a tradition. If I wanted modern, I would just go out and buy a loaf of bread or just go to the store and buy flour. The old fashion King Arthur Flour logo makes me think of the past and how wonderful food tasted back then. Now, the memories will disappear. This might be a set up for King Arthur change in the future. I think the company will loose business. I might be one of them.
