Hi Bobbid! White whole wheat flour, from the white wheat berry will have a milder whole grain taste and allow the baked good to rise a little bit higher than whole wheat flour milled from the red wheat berry. It is a great middle-of-the-road option for incorporating whole grains. Happy baking!
