Hi Jeng, if the Best if Used By date listed on your flour is 2/10/22, then it sounds like you are past that date. I'm not sure why the supplier mentioned a different date, but you might want to check with them directly. In the meantime, if your flour smells good (not rancid) and shows no signs of hard clumps or bugs, it is most likely fine to use. If you have room in your freezer, you may be able to extend the shelf life by storing it there in an airtight container or freezer bag until you are able to use it up.
