In this case, because you are working with multiple allergies and not simply a shortage of yeast, as the article was written, we'd recommend that you stick with our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour and chemical leaveners, as found in quickbreads and soda breads. We have quite a few savory quick bread recipes on our site so don't just limit yourself to the typical banana or zucchini breads you might think of first!
