Hi Pat, almond flour can be used to replace up to 25% of the flour in non-yeasted recipes as is explained in our Baking with almond flour blog. We recommend using coconut flour in recipes specifically calling for it since it absorbs 4x its weight in liquid and will make recipes very dry very quickly. You can find recipes using it by searching "coconut flour" on our website.
