I have my grandma’s starter it’s old , I use it to make bread my recipe is
800g flour
460g water
10 g salt
320 g starter .
I use my stand mixer , rise 3 hr , punch done form into loaves ( I weigh ) raise 3 hrs
450’ oven with heavy metal pan with water added for steam .

This weekend I made Dill pickle cheddar bread and pecan sticky buns, the buns lasted all of 3 hrs and there is only 2 of us .
