Thank you so much for this recipe! The only problem I have is that even if I oil my crumpets rings, the crumpets are sticking to them, making it fastidious to make a big batch of them since I have to soak them in hot water to clean them before using them again. Any advice? They are made of metal and I am using olive oil on a non-stick pan. Thank you!
