I'm on day 8 and very excited to see all the things promised happening. Looking forward to making flour/yeast water starter later today. But what do I do with the extra yeast water? If I take out 8 oz I still have a healthy amount and I only want to try this with one loaf to begin with. Do I just strain it and put it in the fridge? thanks
