Thank you for this post! As many of us have discovered, yeast at the market is as difficult to find as TP. This is a great additional "tool" to have in supply as I am coaxing my sourdough starter towards eventual independence as THE leavening agent. Flour also hit and miss in the stores right now, so another way to bake without using so much flour is a bonus! Thanks again!
