Hi, thank you for sharing this lovely recipe. I made it today with a twist, I used dehydrated tart cherries and black walnuts, it turned out so good! Even though I have been baking bread for many many years, I don’t make actual sourdough very often as I have so much trouble getting it right but this turned out the best I have ever done.
