Hi Elaine! We'd recommend par-baking your rolls so that they're baked through and set but not quite fully browned, once they've cooled fully you can wrap them well and freeze them. Then when you go to reheat them, after they've defrosted on your ride, you can place them in a 350°F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes to finish browning and reheat them. Keep an eye on the rolls while they're reheating, you may find that you need to tent them with some foil. Happy baking!
