Holy moly! Was on a mission to find the perfect Thanksgiving roll recipe and this is it! I followed the blog and they turned out perfectly. I had to make mashed potatoes last night and wasn’t sure whether to add seasoned potatoes like I make with milk and butter so I pulled off 1 cup of plain mashed, added the potato water and put it in fridge until today when I made them. I did a gentle warm up in microwave and added it to slurry. Everything else was by the blog. I had to test one right out of the oven. I have found my recipe. Thank you so much!!
