Hello, I made these for thanksgiving 2021 using half white whole wheat flour and half apf. They came out perfect. This year I’m having trouble after the first rise. Not only is the dough very sticky, that it doesn’t hold the roll shape. I forgot to let the mixed ingredients rest for 30 mins prior to the kneading with the dough hook. Could that be the culprit? They are in the pan rising now, though I did sprinkle a little flour on them like in your pricture with the raw rolls and scale.
