Hi Ida, yes, you can certainly make a half recipe and bake these rolls in a 9-inch round baking pan, or an 8-inch square pan.  The rolls may bake slightly faster in a smaller pan, so check a bit earlier than the time recommended in the recipe, and reset the timer from there. The easiest and most accurate way to adjust a recipe in this way is to multiply the weight of each ingredient by .5. If you don't have a scale just divide the cup measurements carefully and be sure to measure your flour using this method
