Can't wait to try the Dutch oven idea. I have read before that baking bread can be baked that way and over a fire using the same method. I haven't baked bread for several years and sourdough very limited experience. I made my starter 3 days ago and found this awesome recipe for the bread using the starter. Well I was blown away! The Artisan sourdough was absolutely perfect! Thank you King Arthur!!
