What a great cake. As suggested (and knowing my taste preference), I left the apple peels on and used less sugar for the frosting. And I made it in two 9" cake pans.

May I suggest the alternative of using two 9" cake pans and the baking time, be printed on the recipe? Glad it was mentioned in the blog, but for people like me who forget easily, it would help next time I bake it.
