I only have a 13” Pullman pan. One of the earlier comments on this page suggests increasing recipes by 50%; on another page of yours that I can’t currently find, the suggested increase was 30%. Is there a standard way to figure this out? I’d like to try recipes that are for regular loaf pans, but I don’t know how to calculate volume when they rise over the top of the pan.
