I tried making cinnamon rolls with a King Arthur recipe. I am almost 3 hours into the first rise and no rising is happening. The bowl is covered and in a warm, humid spot (by a gently steaming tea kettle). I’m assuming the rolls will end up like hockey pucks but for the next time…..any thoughts? Many years ago I made cinnamon rolls with no issues but this is the first time in a long time…..
