Hi Wendy, I'm sorry, we currently don't distribute our flours outside of the United States. Yeast dough can also be cold fermented, but the timeline is generally a bit different than with a sourdough bread recipe. Often with yeast doughs the cold ferment comes after a somewhat abbreviated first rise and occurs in bulk form. Check out our blog post on refrigerating dough for more information.
