There are actually wonderful non-dairy sour cream and yogurt options these days! While Tofutti has probably been at it for the longest, there are a lot of different brands available at most grocery stores that offer a broad selection of vegan and vegetarian foods. It's definitely worth giving it a try if you're making pie for a special occasion! Kat@KAF
