I tried this amazing hack yesterday making oatmeal raisin cookies. Why did we not do this before????? Where have you been all my life????? What a time saver. I did 1" X 1" squares and got cookies one or two bites big. I like larger cookies so next time I will make the squares larger and adjust cooking time accordingly. Please keep these wonderful ideas coming:)
