I've made this recipe twice and the taste and texture of these brownies is phenomenal--rave reviews from consumers! My gluten-restricted friends are very appreciative. I am having a problem with the baking time, which is taking about 45-50 minutes. At first I thought it might be caused by not using all room temperature ingredients, so for the second attempt I left all the ingredients out over night, but still had the same experience. Is it that I'm using a glass pan instead of a metal one? Or are there other possible reasons? I haven't seen any other baker mention this as a challenge for them, so it's all on me...
