Hi Kye-
I have a quick question about the recipe. Is the dough stiff enough (not sticky) to put through a pasta rolling machine to thin out and shape? The shape would change being more oval than round but that would be ok for us. It does sound like rolling them goes pretty fast, but using the machine might be faster. I was just concerned that I would need to add too much flour to keep them from sticking.....
