Any advice on lemon bars? The recipe calls for 8x8, the closest I have is an 8x6 Pyrex, or 9.5 springform. Or cupcake tins? I know that lemon bars need to be cooked a little exactly in order for the filling to set correctly, so I’m nervous to just wing it in one of the other pan sizes (too thin or thick).
