Several weeks ago I made your Banana Bread recipe (kind of) I mixed all of the ingredients and put the dough in a loaf pan. Baked it as directed, tested it and put it back in because the tester came with some of the dough on it. Twenty minutes later, tested it and same results. I took it out of the oven and tried to figure out why it was still very loose. I looked over to my canisters and realized, I had not put in the flour. I decided to put it back into the bowl and added the flour and put it back into the oven and baked as directed and it came out edible. It was very dense. Have I made a new way to make Banana Bread???
