Two questions:
1. We've been using your scone mixes - The cream scone mix was wonderful but the butter scone mixes come out too crumbly - We can't split them or spead jam or butter on them because they just fall apart. Can you tell me what we are doing wrong?
2. What does it mean to say that the crumb is tender? (I just hear Elvis crooning "Love Me Tender..."
