Hi there, Candace! You're welcome to give it a try using the tips from our Adding sourdough to a recipe blog article, but in order to account for the moisture from the starter you'll have to reduce the amount of yogurt which will make for a less tender scone. If you do give it a try we'd love to hear how they turn out — happy experimenting!
