If you're new to baking with whole wheat flour, I suggest using 1 cup (120g) of all-purpose flour and 1 cup (113g) of whole wheat flour. If you know you're a baker who loves the texture and flavor of whole wheat baked goods, you can go ahead and use 2 cups (226g) of whole wheat flour (either white whole wheat or traditional) in place of the all-purpose flour.
